Annie Burdett

I have always been active my whole life. I developed a love for fitness at a young age of 5 when I started dancing and took ballet for 13 years from Clytie Adams School of Ballet in Kaysville.

I was also a part of my Davis High D’Ette Drill team. My love of being physically fit struck an interest in me in learning more about the fitness industry. Before I headed off to college, I decided to become certified through AFAA as a fitness instructor. My love for health continued while I attended college down at Utah Valley University and in 2004, I received my Bachelors Degree in Community Health and Physical Education. I also have a passion for organizing and in 2010; I started my own Professional Organizing business, Modified Order. I have been a contributor on KSL’s Studio 5 and I have been helping many clients for the past 8 years. I absolutely love helping others simplify their lives and teach them how to get things in order.

I’ve been married to my amazing husband; Graham for the past 16 years and together we have 5 children. That’s a huge accomplishment! We also have a huge dog named Henry, who is a 90 pound Bernedoodle! Our family loves nature and spending time out doors hiking and biking.
