Brindie Garner

Brindie Garner was born to “Jam.” She started her dance training at the age of 4. As a youth, Brindie competed at the highest level earning many awards/titles, such as; Miss Dance/Drill Utah, and the National title, Miss Dance/Drill USA. She also earned a scholarship to “The Performing Arts Center” in Los Angeles, California where she trained under renowned choreographers; such as Wade Robinson. Brindie attended Brigham Young University where she danced as a captain of the National Dance Team Champions, the Cougarettes. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Wellness. For 5 seasons Brindie danced professionally for the Utah Jazz. As an NBA dancer, she worked closely with professional fitness trainers that ignited her passion for strengthening the human body and mind through fitness and dance. Brindie certified in BodyJam in 2012 and has been an addict of Jam ever since. She is a firm believer that BodyJam can build and tone muscles from head to toe, rapidly burn 500 calories, strengthen the mind and revitalize the soul in the most fun 55 minutes of the day.
