Mitch Carter

Mitch has over 10 years of experience as a health and wellness professional with an emphasis on fitness, exercise structure, wellness program design. He is currently responsible for developing wellness programs designed to meet health and wellness goals. Mitch has gone through the NASM (national academy of sports medicine) courses for CPT (certified personal trainer) to advance his exercise and nutrition knowledge. Mitch concentrates on developing and enhancing all individuals’ form and technique through detailed and direct instructions. This will promote each individual to reach and exceed his or her goals. He has experience speaking to groups on health-related topics and providing day-to-day well-being tips.
