Tyler Valdez

Tyler is a Personal/Group Trainer. I found my first love, the fitness industry and capoeira (Brazilian art form which combines fight, dance, rhythm, and movement), when I was 14 years old and have been lifting and constantly educating myself in almost every facet of fitness since. I have been obsessed with helping people achieve their goals and becoming pain free. I am constantly trying to find ways to provide value to others as often as I can.

I am a proficient personal trainer, martial artist, certified kettlebell instructor, mobility specialist, movement fanatic and nutritionist. I try to integrate these different disciplines into my programming to provide a unique, effective workout and lifestyle for others. I train all levels of individuals no matter their experience. I will help you hit your goals!

I live for my 2 kids! I love working out. I love practicing capoeira (21 years). I am constantly learning and reading. I love any outdoor activity. I believe very few trainers walk the talk. I strive to walk my talk daily. I’m here with a solid 21 years. I have been programming and teaching classes in the HIIT room for 5+years to over 80+ members Monday through Saturday at Skills. We all have unique goals; your program should be unique to you. I am confident I can help you look, move, and feel better. Let’s work!
